This Is Me

If any of these is you, this week was built for you:

You love the Lord. You're in the Word. And you still keep going around the same mountain — and you can't figure out why.

You've said “this time will be different” more times than you can count.

You've done the studies, the programs, the diets, the devotionals — and something still hasn't clicked.

You've told yourself the problem is that you're not disciplined enough, or spiritual enough, or far enough along.

Deep down you know God has more for you. You just have no map from here to there.

Maybe these words from Deuteronomy are for you today:

“You have circled this mountain long enough. Turn northward.”

— DEUTERONOMY 2:3

There comes a time when we realize we’ve been circling the same mountain long enough.

The Lord has more for us than another trip around the same old struggle.

It’s time for us to “turn northward” and begin walking in greater wisdom—renewing our minds on God’s Word and using practical, Scripture-based techniques to retrain the brain, so what we’re learning can stick, stay, and become part of the way we live.

Why We Keep Circling

Do You Wonder Why You Keep Going Around the Same “Mountains” Over and Over Again?

You love the Lord. You know His Word. You really do want to move forward.

So why do some of the same thoughts, habits, reactions, and struggles keep showing up?

There’s a reason.

The things we think, say, and do repeatedly create pathways in the brain. Over time, those pathways become familiar—and we can find ourselves responding in the same old ways almost automatically.

That’s why for years I’ve taught women to work from the inside out:

Renew the Mind on the Word of God + Retrain the Brain using Neuroscience Techniques based on Scripture.

Romans 12:2 tells us, “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” And today, neuroscience is helping us understand even more about the marvelous way God designed the brain with the ability to change, learn, and form new pathways.

That’s where the practical part comes in.

During the 5-Day Wisdom Challenge, I’m not interested in giving you five days of information to write in a notebook and forget.

Each day, I’m going to teach you a simple, practical technique you can actually use—often in just a few minutes—to help you apply the Word of God to the way you think, respond, and live.

We want God’s truth to do more than inspire us for a moment.

We want it to stick. We want it to stay. We want it to become part of the way we live.

It’s time to “turn northward.”

Let’s renew the mind, retrain the brain, and move forward in greater wisdom.

The Five Nights

Five Nights.

Five Places Wisdom Has to Reach.

MONDAY 9/14

MIND

Stop circling

Name your mountain in one sentence — and the 5-minute meditation that fills your mind with the Word instead of emptying it.

TUESDAY 9/15

BODY

Fitness is witness

Why your body is part of your witness, and a Scripture-in-motion practice you can do in five minutes in your living room.

WEDNESDAY 9/16

HEART

Heal the root

The Root Question — the one question that finds the wound under the habit. (Bring tissues. I mean it.)

THURSDAY 9/17

CALLING

Availability over ability

The one thing God actually requires before He uses anybody — and your first faith-step out of the circle.

FRIDAY 9/18

WALK

Turning north

The 15-minute daily walk that guards everything you gained — plus women who were sitting exactly where you are, telling you what happened.

What You Get — Free

Everyone gets this, at no cost.

  • All five live nights with Dr. Laurette — teaching, technique practice, live Q&A.
  • A technique you can use that night — five by Friday, yours for life.
  • The Wisdom Path map — the five-part framework, so you can see exactly where you are.
  • A daily challenge and a community of women walking it with you.
  • The 24-hour replay — each night's recording is up until the next session begins.

Want to Keep It All?

The Wisdom Walker VIP Pass — $27

The free replays disappear. Friday night at midnight, all five recordings come down — and everything you learned goes with them unless you wrote fast. The VIP Pass keeps the whole thing.

Lifetime access to all five recordings — Rewatch any night, any time, forever — including the ones you had to miss.

Soaking in the Psalms — the complete collection — Dr. Laurette's Scripture-guided meditations, with the workbook, journal, and 40-day devotional. ($12.95 on its own — included free.)

The Wisdom Walker Workbook — Printable, fillable — every technique on its own card, plus the daily challenge pages.

Your $27 counts toward whatever comes next — Go on to work with Dr. Laurette afterward and the full $27 comes off — so the pass effectively costs nothing.

Who's Teaching

Dr. Laurette Willis

Doctor of Theology · Founder of PraiseMoves® · Creator of Weight Loss Without Willpower · Willis Ministries International

Dr. Laurette was seven years old the first time she was led into yoga — “it's just exercise.” It cost her twenty-two years in the New Age: psychic work, channeling, twenty countries in six and a half months searching for God in every place He wasn't. Then Christ found her. And God wasted none of it. The yoga years became PraiseMoves, now taught by certified instructors in churches around the world. The compulsive eating that began at six became Weight Loss Without Willpower.

For more than twenty years she has helped Christian women stop circling — renewing the mind on the Word and retraining the brain using techniques based on Scripture. She is not theoretical about any of this. She climbed the mountain she's offering to guide you up.

“Don't be ashamed of your mountain. God intends to make it your ministry.”

Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. All five nights, live, no card required. There's an optional $27 VIP Pass if you want to keep the recordings — but the Challenge itself costs nothing.
What if I can't make a night?
Come to what you can. Each night's replay is up until the next session begins. To keep them all permanently — including nights you missed — that's the VIP Pass.
How long is each night?
About 60 to 75 minutes, including live Q&A. Same time every night: 7:00 PM Central.
Is this a fitness thing?
No. Tuesday honors your body with five minutes of Scripture-in-motion — seated works fine. The other four nights are teaching, technique, and prayer.
Is this Christian yoga?
No — and Dr. Laurette will tell you plainly why “Christian yoga” is an oxymoron. Everything this week is Christ-centered and Scripture-based.
I've done challenges before and nothing changed.
This one hands you techniques, not principles. Every night you leave with something you can do that night — in two minutes, whether or not you feel like it.
Do I have to be on camera?
Never. Come as you are, camera off, in your pajamas. Most women do.
Where is it?
Live on Zoom. You get the link the moment you register, and again before each session.

The Last Word

One Week From Now You'll Either Be Five Nights In — Or Exactly Where You Are.

You've been around this mountain before. You know the view. Five nights is not a big ask — and you don't have to be sure, or ready, or fixed first. You just have to turn.

“You have circled this mountain long enough. Turn northward.”
