The truth? “I don’t feel like it” isn’t a problem.

It’s just a feeling. And feelings aren’t facts. They pass.

Reality check:

"For a righteous person falls seven times and rises again..." (Proverbs 24:16). 

What keeps us moving forward in faith-fueled freedom is showing up anyway—gently, consistently, trusting the Holy Spirit to comfort and strengthen us instead of turning to food.
 
It’s not about forcing yourself, "biting the bullet," or being miserable.
 
It’s about remembering: 
You already have the skill.
 
"I CAN do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me!" (Philippians 4:13)
